Non-Market Strategy

Research Community

Introduction

Non-Market Strategy Research Community (NMSRC) is a research community of renowned scholars in the field of nonmarket strategy and related management fields.

In 2018, we started as an informal group of scholars to share research ideas and organize scholarly activities at various academic conferences such as Academy of Management (AOM) and Strategic Management Society (SMS). As we grew larger, we began to initiate various academic as well as social activities. We organized our very first brownbag seminar among our community members in 2019 and held two to three seminars every semester ever since with expanded audiences. We also take efforts to support doctoral students engaged in nonmarket strategy research in various ways and organized our first doctoral conference online in May 2021.

We look forward to continually engaging in various scholarly activities with academic and professional communities in the future.
